Since 2020 we have been working with GenEco to collect out apple/pomace waste to be turned in Biofertiliser and Biomethane. This keep pests at bay at the pressing room and well as displacing CO2. In 2023 we had over 3 tonnes of waste apple/pomace collected, which displaced 2035kg of CO2.
